Introducing the new & improved Prompt.io look!

Over the past few months, our product team sat down with campaign staff, nonprofit teams, and advocacy organizers to see exactly how people use Prompt.io day to day. That research shaped a home screen built around real-time information, one-click access to your top tools, and a genuinely mobile-friendly experience. Here's everything that's new.

The Home Page

The new home page has a cleaner, more modern look.

Old Homepage:

New Homepage:

Beyond the visual refresh, the home page is simply more useful. Your key metrics are front and center in information-rich KPI cards, and quick actions link straight to your frequently used tools, so you're never more than a click away from where you need to go.

Performance Overview

Org-wide KPIs will help you monitor your performance at a glance of the home page. Since not everyone reads metrics the same way, we made a point to add a key to help you interpret them: Interpreting Performance Overview Cards

Live Broadcasts Feed

Knowing exactly what's sending right now matters, especially when you're managing multiple broadcasts. The new Live Broadcasts feed puts that front and center.

A broadcast that's currently sending is indicated by:

• A pulsing green light

• A live messages-per-minute rate

• A real-time progress bar

Below that, you'll also find:

• A list of recently completed broadcasts, so you always know what just went out

• A queue showing what's sending next

Left Navigation

The left navigation is compact, clean, and snappy. We also reorganized it around how people actually use it:

• Frequently used tabs now sit at the top level, such as Broadcasts, Contacts, and all of the contents of the old Conversations folder.

• Asset builder tools have moved out of the Admin folder and into a new, dedicated Tools folder

Favicon

A small detail with a real difference: your browser tab now shows the modern Prompt.io logo, plus a red dot the moment you have messages waiting for a response. No more guessing which tab needs your attention

Dynamic Layouts

The way our new design layout adapts to your screen size/shape will make the product easier to use regardless of your device. Whether you need more space to design your wallet cards...

Or if you're on the subway, monitoring your results on your phone:

"Staff" role gets a more personalized view

If you're not an admin, your get your own view! In fact, the performance overview tells you your stats, and high-contrast notifications badges remind you of what's on your to-do list.

More to Come

This is just one wave in an ongoing UI/UX redesign of Spark. Expect design upgrades throughout the year across various parts of the product, including the broadcast wizard and much more.

Questions or feedback on the new home screen? That's exactly how we got here in the first place, so keep it coming.
