HD Video MMS

HD Video MMS enables an organization to send the highest quality video possible to contacts. The Prompt.io platform will automatically compress videos up to one minute in length and encode them for best possible deliverability and quality.

The maximum video size supported differs on a carrier-by-carrier basis. For instance, AT&T allows videos of up to 750kb to be sent while Sprint and T-Mobile allow videos up to 1mb. HD Video MMS by Prompt will automatically compress videos to the various file sizes supported by carriers. When sent, a carrier lookup is performed and best possible quality is sent to the recipient.
