Conditional Actions

Conditional Actions is where you decide what should happen when someone answers a question in a certain way. Think of it like writing a little “if → then” rule:

• If the answer matches your condition

• Then the action you chose will run

For example:

• Question: “How would you rate my dog out of 5?”

• Condition: If the answer is less than 5

• Action: Add this contact to a list called "Dead to me"

In the platform, this is configurable at the bottom of any question in the builder!
