Copy this Template Google Form

Prepare the Google Form

  1. Rename the file

  2. Open up the script editor

  3. Navigate to Triggers

  4. Add a Trigger

Set the Trigger

  1. Set the defaults as displayed in the image

  2. Hit Save

  3. Select your email account

  4. Select Allow

Once your trigger is set, you may navigate back to the code.
