On your website, build a form that captures

name (required*)
phone number (required*)
city
union local number.

Required Fields

On submit, you can make the following API request:

Note the base url is https://pulse.prompt.io/api/, where we have built a helper endpoint to simplify your backend requests.

You'll pass the prompt.io apiKey a header called orgAuthToken

You'll reference the org subdomain in the payload body.

Pass the cardId & invitationId you noted from the previous step into the relevant fields.

Any other data fields you'd like to add to the contact can be passed into the dataFieldJson as key-value pairs!

Optional Fields

If you include a listId, the contact will be added to a list as well.

If you include an orgChannelId, our system will automatically send a message to the recipient including the URL. The default message is "Hello {{name}}. You have requested a wallet card from {{orgSubdomain}}. Please add your wallet card here: {{url}}. To opt-out of texting, reply STOP" but you can override this default message with your own, using double-braces around the fields name, and url (as shown in the snippet above).
