In your screenshot, please do not crop anything out. It is useful for us to be able to see the following details in your screenshot:
The URL
Information about who is logged in
Which browser you're using
The operating system
The system timestamp displayed on your operating system
This tells us SO MUCH, and it saves you from having to type it out manually for us.
Enable 24 Hour Troubleshooting Mode (optional) — This lets our team temporarily access your organization’s account to troubleshoot faster. You can set the access duration for:
