Patch-Through Calling Overview

Patch-Through Calling is a type of phone call that connects your contacts with a third-party, and is now available through Prompt.io!

There are three types of Patch-Through calls available through our platform:

• You can play a recording of a message for your contacts to hear through our Play Intro & Exit Audio Only feature

• You can connect your contacts to elected officials at the Federal or State level through our Patch Contacts Through to Elected Officials feature

• You can connect your contacts to a custom third-party destination through our Patch Contacts Through to Custom Destinations feature

Once you have initiated a Patch-Through Call, you'll have robust metrics on how many of your contacts were patched through and the outcome of their call. You can learn more about which metrics we provide in our Patch-Through Calling: Metrics Overview article.
