Before we move on, let’s think about how a low-tier card-holder can take action to boost them to a higher-tier. Go to the the Designs tab, and select our low-tier “VIPs” design, and look at the back-of-card content.

If you used the Generic template, you should already have some contact URLs that can trigger a phone call or email. Clicking on these from the handset automatically navigate the user to those respective applications on their phone.

Since Prompt.io is a fully-featured texting platform, it is trivial to funnel your users into our texting platform using a similar technique. Let’s delete the two contact items and add a “link” that points to sms:+15555555555?body=ACCESS (except replace the phone number with one from your organization!)

Click Save, and silently push that update to all holders of this design.

Now, setup an automation that listens for the keyword ACCESS and sends an automatic reply, and then adds them to a list! Go through these steps and Save.
