The Assignment step allows you to configure how messages are assigned to team members for both peer-to-peer sending as well as how inbound replies are routed to members of the team.

To configure Assignment:

Check the box to assign previous conversations and sending responsibility to the same Agent (this is optional)
Select Distribute to enable Broadcast Routing to the Send Queue
Select how replies will be assigned in the Inbox
Select the Team Members you wish to participate in the Broadcast
Optionally, you can choose to route tagged contacts to specific Team Member
Check the box to send an sms notification to your Team Members after the Broadcast has been initiated
Select Continue to Review
