Enabling Auto-in (Team Members)
A typical inbound message will first land in the shared inbox, where team members can "take it" to start an active chat, and then respond to the contact appropriately. Auto-In is a workflow that reduces the amount of steps for your team members, so that new inbound messages seamlessly flow directly into their active chats while they're logged in!
To enable, team members can go to Conversations > Active > and then toggle on Auto-In.
