Activity Monitor

The Team Activity Monitor gives Admin users the ability to see the stats associated with all users:

• Inbox
  The number of items in their inbox

• Slots
  Number of conversational "Slots" assigned -- each group/team member can be assigned a number of Active Conversations that can be open at the same time.

• Active
  The number of Active Conversations going on for the group or team member.

• Open
  The number of remaining slots that can be filled.

• Auto-In
  The Auto-In status for the group/team. Auto-in enables team members to automatically be assigned new, inbound active conversations.

• Status
  The last log in event for the group/team member.

To drill down into the individual members assigned to a Group, click the Group name.
