Broadcast

New Broadcast Engagement Metrics
Four new broadcast metrics are now available: Survey Opened, Wallet Invite Clicked, Wallet Card Downloaded, and Wallet Card Added. Each comes with a matching pair of contact queries (opened vs. did not open) for filtering and retargeting, and each is included in broadcast exports. This release also corrects attribution on Instant App Opened and Smart Link Clicked so interactions are credited to the broadcast that actually sent the link. Some historical per-broadcast counts may shift slightly, reflecting more accurate attribution.

Engagement

New Contact Targeting Options
Two new contact query types let you build audiences based on inbound message count to a specific channel and opt-out status. These give more precise ways to target engaged, reachable contacts for broadcasts.

Donation Integrations

Donation SmartLink Editing
Donation SmartLinks can now be edited after creation. Previously, changing a donation SmartLink's configuration required deleting the page and losing its data. Editing is available from the donation pages area.

Automations

Redesigned Automation Modal
The automation create and edit modal has clearer section labels (Trigger, Assigned Channels, Run Condition, Actions), with assigned channels shown under the trigger they apply to. You can also save an automation's actions directly to your Library from within the modal.

API

New Data Keys Endpoint
A new endpoint returns the list of data keys currently in use for your organization, covering customer, agent, org, schema, and channel data. Useful for auditing which custom fields are populated before building a new integration.

✨ Improvements

  • Donation Platforms (SmartLink Options): Cover Fees, Money Pledge, and Recurring on the donation SmartLink form are now presented so only one can be selected at a time, matching what actually applies on the landing page.

  • Broadcast (Renaming): Broadcasts can now be renamed at any time, including after send.

  • Broadcast (Preview Accuracy): The broadcast preview now correctly resolves data field merge tags when reviewing a finished broadcast or editing a scheduled one.

  • Broadcast Compose (Permissions): Team members with any one of several related permissions can now use the full broadcast compose audience flow, rather than needing every permission at once.

  • Contacts (Query Reliability): Complex contact queries combining many "or" conditions now reliably return full results instead of occasionally reporting a count with no matches.

  • API (Contact Creation): Adding contacts through the API is faster for high-volume integrations, with no changes needed on your end.

  • Polls/Surveys (Default Theme): The control for setting your org's default poll/survey theme is now in its own clearly labeled card, separate from the Save action.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Donation Platforms (Integration Forms): Fixed an issue where submitting an integration edit form immediately after opening could show a misleading error or silently clear your default donation channel.

  • Donation Platforms (Credential Security): Donation integration passwords are no longer returned to the browser when editing. The password field appears blank on edit; leaving it blank keeps your existing credentials.

  • Donation Platforms (Error Messages): Donation integration forms now show the specific reason a save failed instead of a generic error.

  • Donation Platforms (Data Isolation): Fixed an issue where switching quickly between donation platform tabs could briefly show data from the wrong platform.

  • Donation Platforms (Processing Reliability): Fixed an issue where a single malformed donation notification could block all subsequent donations for an organization from processing.

  • Donation Platforms (Click Lists): Fixed pagination on donation page click lists: pages now advance correctly, unpinned items drop off the page as expected, and the click list always opens on the first page.

  • Integrations (Opt-Out Sync): Fixed an issue preventing opt-outs from syncing correctly to a connected organizing platform.

  • Navigation (Left Nav): The left navigation now stays highlighted on the current section while viewing tabs or detail pages.

  • Polls/Surveys (Picker Pagination): Fixed an issue where the polls/surveys picker could show an extra blank page.

  • Authentication (Org Switching): Fixed an issue where switching to an org with incomplete sign-up could trap you in a loop between sign-up and login.

  • Wallet Cards (Notification Text): Wallet card notifications no longer display "null" for contacts missing a data field; a default value is now required when setting up the merge.
