System Health Drawer
The home screen now includes a System Health drawer showing the operational status of your account at a glance: channel registrations, carrier rejection notification setup, opt-out automation coverage, and campaign status. Items needing your attention are called out with an Action Required prompt and a direct path to fix them.
Wallet Cards
Deliver Invitations Via Custom Domain
Wallet card invitations can now be sent using your organization's custom domain instead of the default. Turn on "Deliver via custom domain" on any invitation type. The message composer's character and segment count reflects the shorter link automatically.
API
List Import Endpoint with Status Tracking
You can now create a contact list by posting a CSV file directly to the API, instead of uploading the file, referencing its URL, and cleaning it up afterward. The response includes an import id you can poll for status, so you can tell when an import has finished before triggering downstream work such as a broadcast.
✨ Improvements
Channels Inbound call handling has been rebuilt for broader and more consistent support. Rejected calls now get a single ring and a clean disconnect, the same way on every carrier, instead of behavior that varied by the caller's network. Forwarded calls now show your channel's number as the caller ID. Recording playback is now available on more phone number providers, and "Voice call received" automations now fire on channels where they previously did not. Recordings configured before this release are now available in your Media library, so you can reselect them.
Wallet Cards (Expired Invitations): When a contact triggers a SmartLink or Automation containing a wallet card invitation that has since expired, they now receive the message and see a clear note that the card is no longer available. Previously nothing was sent and the contact got no response at all.
Messaging (Fuse File Names): Fuses now arrive named after the fuse itself rather than a random string of characters, so the file chip your contact sees is readable.
Data Export (Smart Links): The nightly data export now includes the resolved destination URL for smart link clicks, captured as the link was sent. This applies to exports going forward.
Navigation (Org Names): Hovering a truncated organization name in the left navigation now shows the full name, making it easier to tell similar organizations apart.
Messaging (Delivery Errors): Added support for additional carrier error codes, so more delivery failures report a specific reason rather than a generic one.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Broadcast (Editing Paused Broadcasts): Fixed an issue where editing a paused broadcast failed when its message combined an instant app with a smart link or wallet card invitation. You can now pause and edit these messages, including adding or swapping smart links and wallet cards.
Polls/Surveys (PDF Export): Fixed an issue where PDF exports of poll results could cut off mid-question and omit everything after that point. Longer reports now export in full.
Channels (Recording Selection): A recording already configured on a channel now displays by name in the channel drawer, instead of showing an internal identifier when it was not among the first results loaded.
Donation Platforms (Action Visibility): A donation action that cannot run because there is no associated conversation now records a warning in the Developer Console, instead of being skipped with no explanation.
Home Screen (Text Styles): Corrected font and sizing inconsistencies across home screen navigation badges, quick action tiles, and buttons.
