Messaging
Message Compose UI Lozenges - When you add polls, smart links, wallet card invitations, or instant apps to a message, they now appear as color-coded chips in the composer instead of raw text like {poll:123}. Each chip shows the name of the attached item and can be clicked to swap for a different one. Chips work across broadcast compose, library actions, automations, and active conversations. Existing drafts and saved messages will also display chips when reopened.
Smart Links
Quick Find Search- You can now search for smart links by name or URL wherever the smart link chooser appears, including broadcast compose, library actions, conversations, and automations. Type in the search bar to instantly filter your list. This is especially helpful for orgs with a large number of smart links.
Wallet Cards
Card Issued Analytics- The Cards Issued tab now includes an activity graph that visualizes card installs and removals over time. Select from preset date ranges (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all time) to see grouped bars broken down by card design. Hover over any bar to see detailed counts per design.
Notification Field Merge Defaults- You can now specify default values for field merges in wallet card notification messages. When creating a card update with a notification or sending a notification from the Cards Issued table, you can set fallback values for any data field. If a contact is missing the field, the default value is used instead.
Invitation Editor Status Tags- The Invitations Editor now uses clearer visual feedback for configuration progress. Status tags appear gray until you have explicitly made a selection, then turn green to confirm the section is complete. The contact list dropdown also now shows placeholder text to indicate when a selection is still needed.
Polls & Surveys
Set as Org Default Theme- You can now save your current poll/survey styling configuration as the org-wide default. Click "Set as Org Default Theme" in the App Styling panel, and all future polls will automatically inherit your saved colors, transitions, style settings, header/footer content, single-pane preference, and submit button label.

Wallet Cards (Invitation Disclosure): The additional disclosure text on wallet card invitation pages now appears once on the first actionable screen, with consistent text width throughout the flow.
Conversations (Library Actions): Field merges in library actions now reliably show the correct contact's data and update immediately when switching between conversations.
Broadcast (Performance): Broadcast management pages now load faster for orgs with many active broadcasts, and broadcast sending generates fewer internal updates for logged-in team members, improving overall responsiveness.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Conversations (Library Actions): Library action field merges no longer show stale data from a previous contact or require a page refresh to update.
Messaging (MMS with Links): Polls, smart links, and wallet card invitations can now be sent alongside HD MMS or file attachments in conversations. Previously, these links were not recognized when an attachment was present.
Surveys (Stability): Fixed a rare error that could occur when loading certain survey configurations.
