Wallet Cards
Recurring Wallet Card Updates Wallet card updates can now run automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. A new "Matches A Query" audience option in the Update Cards wizard lets you target contacts from a saved query, enabling automated workflows like expiring membership reminders or tier upgrades based on contact data. The wallet card updates table shows each update's schedule and status, with options to pause, resume, or cancel.
New Contact Query Conditions for Wallet Cards The contact query builder now includes a "Wallet" category with five new conditions: Has Wallet Card, Doesn't Have Wallet Card, Doesn't Have Design, Has Expired/Voided Card, and Wallet Card Install Date. These conditions can be combined with an optional design selector to target specific card designs. Date-type data field conditions also support a new "Relative date" mode with operators like Today, Yesterday, and Now +/- N days.
Surveys
Duplicate Questions in the Survey Builder
You can now duplicate any question in the survey builder by clicking the copy icon next to the delete button. The duplicate appears immediately below the original with all settings, answer options, and conditional logic preserved. The label is prefixed with "Copy of" for easy identification.

Smart Links (URL Validation): Smart link destination URLs are now trimmed and validated on save, preventing errors caused by accidental whitespace in URLs.
Performance (Large Organizations): Contact list export performance has been significantly improved for organizations with large contact databases, with faster column loading and faster export generation.
Performance (Backend): Customer count calculations now use an optimized tracking method, improving responsiveness across several areas of the platform including the Contacts Data page and API endpoints.
Messaging (Segment Counting): Segment counts for messages containing poll links are now calculated more accurately on the compose and review screens.
Messaging (Delivery Status): Message delivery status updates are now more reliable during high-volume sending periods.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Smart Links (Redirect Error): Smart links with malformed destination URLs no longer return server errors when clicked. The URL is now cleaned up automatically.
Wallet Cards (Broadcast Warning): The wallet card expiry warning on the broadcast compose screen now shows the correct severity level for cards expiring in under one hour, and correctly evaluates all variants in a multi-variant broadcast.
Surveys (Broadcast Filter): The broadcast filter on the survey responses Audience page now displays correctly regardless of how you navigated to the page.
Contact Lists (Scrub): Contact list scrubs no longer get stuck when concurrent operations modify the same list. Scrub operations complete reliably with accurate contact counts.
Contact Lists (Large Export): Very large contact list exports should be less prone to time-out errors.
Swagger UI: The API documentation interface now loads correctly on all environments when accessed via the Classic UI link.
