This feature introduces the ability to “sync and share lists of contacts” across multiple orgs. For instance, if a member is on a list in local org, they want the member to automatically appear in the same list at national. If the contact opts out at national, they want to push that opt out down to the local org.

NOTE : To access this feature, this should be provisioned by pro services. This requires API use for now. Please reach out to Prompt.io Customer success team to get more info.

Share List :
- A list can be shared with a single different org. When a list is shared, attributes that it is sharing are specified.
- Sharing a list produces a key that is utilized by the parent org for syncing.
- Delay of 2-3 minutes for list membership changes to propagate.
Sharing Options :
- Tags
- Lookups
- Data
- OptOut
- Backsync OptOut
List Tagging :
- Add tag (org name) to shared list
  - The sharing org will display the tag as “Shared with…”
  - The destination org will display the tag as “Shared from…”.
  - For “Shared from…” if sync is done, description is updated with the timestamp of the last sync operation
- Hover on list name will show a list of fields being shred
Changes on the Shared Org :
- The org the list is shared with will still have ability to CRUD tags, data, name etc on the contacts that were shared on the list. Changes sync back to original org
Resiliency :
- If for some reason the org we are sharing to is unavailable or unreachable, etc, the list should resync when the org comes back online.
Timing :
- Lists should stay in sync about every 10 minutes or so — no longer than that if possible.
