Surveys
Dropdown Menus for Large Option Lists Survey questions with many answer choices can now be displayed as a searchable dropdown menu instead of a long list of radio buttons or checkboxes. This is perfect for questions with dozens or hundreds of options, making it faster and easier for respondents to find and select their answer.
Send Broadcast Directly from Survey Responses You can now launch a broadcast targeting survey respondents directly from the Survey Responses page. Use the new "Send Broadcast" button to reach everyone who responded, or apply filters first to target a specific subset of respondents. This makes it easy to follow up with contacts based on how they answered your survey.
Improved Multiselect Question Reports The "Total" row on multiselect question reports now shows the average number of answers chosen per respondent, replacing the previous percentage display that could be confusing for questions where respondents select multiple options.
Wallet Cards
Event Check-Ins with Barcode Scanning A new Event Check-Ins feature lets you scan wallet card barcodes to check in event attendees. Connect a physical barcode scanner, scan a cardholder's wallet card, and instantly identify the contact. You can also export a list of checked-in attendees. This is ideal for events, conferences, and membership verification.
Link Click Analytics by Contact You can now see which individual contacts clicked links on their wallet cards. A new contact-level view shows click history, giving you deeper insight into how cardholders are engaging with your wallet card content.
Select Wallet Card Invitations in the Broadcast Wizard You can now attach a wallet card invitation directly from the Broadcast Wizard. Select from your active invitations using the new card icon in the compose toolbar, just like you would attach media or smart links. The invitation URL is automatically included in the message and counted toward your segment total.
Broadcasts
A2P Team Assignment and Notifications A2P broadcasts now support team and team member assignment. You can assign specific team members to handle replies from A2P broadcasts and enable notifications so they are alerted when new broadcasts go out.
Contacts
Single Contact Carrier Lookup via API A new API endpoint lets you look up carrier information for a single contact on demand, returning carrier type and carrier name. A snippet helper is also available for use in automations and templates.
Contact Lists
Faster Export Dialog for Large Organizations The contact list export has been rebuilt to ensure large organizations can export their lists even when data fields take a while to load. In doing this, we improved the UI to make use of the "tray of blue pills" everyone loves.
Channels
Channel Provisioning Notice When purchasing a new channel, an informational notice now appears explaining that provisioning may take some time, with guidance on what to do if the channel is not available within two hours.

Surveys (Poll Duplication): Duplicating a poll now automatically filters out any archived questions, so your copy only contains active questions.
Broadcasts (Performance): Huge performance improvements of broadcast initializations.
Broadcasts (P2P Editing): The error message when attempting to edit a P2P broadcast after all contacts are confirmed is now clearer and more informative.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Surveys (Ranking Conditionals): Ranking-based conditional actions ("Better Than," "Worse Than") now correctly use exclusive comparisons. Previously, "Better Than 3rd" would also match contacts ranked 3rd; it now correctly matches only 1st and 2nd.
Surveys (Randomize Answers): Switching a question between single-select and multi-select now correctly preserves the "Randomize Answers" setting.
Surveys (Archive Date): The archive date for poll questions in the editor now displays the correct date instead of showing "yesterday."
Wallet Cards (Anonymous Invites): Anonymous wallet card invites sent via broadcast or conversation no longer redirect to an error page when installed.
Wallet Cards (Card Issuer Translation): The "Card Issuer" text on wallet cards now correctly translates when a non-English language is set as the default for a card design.
Broadcasts (Notification Update): The team member notification message on the broadcast Assignment page now correctly updates when switching between A2P and P2P delivery types.
Analytics (Month Picker): The Messaging Analytics month picker now loads data for the correct month on first selection instead of showing the prior month.
Inbox: The team inbox unread count now correctly excludes conversations from deactivated channels.
