Major Internal User/Customer object refactor to improve performance
Canadian scrubbing accuracy improvements
- In the past several months, scrubbing of Canadian numbers has degraded industry-wide.
- We made changes to improve accuracy for determining whether a phone number is “textable” since this recent degradation.
- NOTE: Accuracy for determining the carrier of a phone number will not necessarily improve in this release; however, we are using a best effort approach to give as accurate data as possible.

🔧 Fixes :

REST API Bug Fixes to endpoints which previously required unnecessary payload fields:
- POST /contact_lists/{contactListId}
- POST /bulk_actions (when including a contactQueryId)
Added customer channel and org channel to opt out report in some cases when they were dropped
