🚀  New Features:

1. Improved performance when sending queued messages

2. Added an “Opt Out All Contacts” menu to contact lists in Spark

3. /message/added endpoint payload now includes the bulkActionId associated with the message

4. Message objects now include the associated bulkActionId for incoming and outgoing messages. This is available in places including the /messages/history API

5. Broadcast email and text notifications now include estimated SMS message segment counts
